DOLZ is an old brand factory (built in 1934 , the headquarter set in Spain , it belongs to before the third ,a water pump manufacturer and sellr in Europe . In Europe , it has 3 cars is equipped with DOLZ’s water pumps in per 10 cars .

The water pumps have two kinds taye , the traditional water pumps and electonic water pumps .
The electronic water pumps are emerging varieties that have emerged with the trend of electric vehicles in the past two years. Here we focus on the traditional water pumps that dominate the market.

The traditional water pump is designed and manufactured according to the working principle of centrifugal. The coolant at the water inlet gains energy when the impeller rotates at high speed and enters the water storage chamber and the water outlet of the pump volute. At the same time, a low pressure zone is formed in the center of the impeller, and the coolant is continuously supplied to form a continuous suction and discharge process.
The role of the automobile water pump is to continuously obtain energy for the coolant to circulate in the flow channel of the engine cooling system; at the same time, with the cooperation of the radiator, fan clutch, cooling fan, thermostat and other components, it can realize the large and small circulation and adjustment. The temperature of the coolant is within a certain range to ensure the normal operation of the engine.

1. The key component that affects the leakage of the water pump-water seal

CHM water pumps use advanced water seals on the market. Under the conditions of using the correct coolant, the service life of the water pump can be prolonged.

2. The key component that affects the performance of the pump-impeller

The impeller is the most critical component that directly affects the hydraulic performance of the pump. 100% of the assembled water pump needs to be tested for airtightness. The test standard: no more than 50Pa/S (5ml/min), which is better than the standard specified in the national automotive water pump industry standard QC/T 288.2 (no more than 10 ml/min.) Strictly a lot.
The factory is equipped with a fully automatic assembly line for water pumps.
